Lesser Poland is a region characterised by a rich culinary heritage, based on local products. The European Commission has registered over 40 Polish food products as Protected Designations of Origin (PDO), Protected Geographical Indications (PGI) or Traditional Specialties Guaranteed (TSG). Many of them come from Lesser Poland. During this tour, you will enjoy their taste and learn about the history of their production.
