Where to go
Lublin
The Lublin voivodeship is located in central-eastern Poland and its capital is Lublin – a city at the crossroads of eastern and western cultures, full of magnificent monuments reminding of the Piasts and Jagiellonian former power. There are two national parks (Roztocze and Polesie) and many picturesque towns such as Zamość – the Pearl of the Renaissance and its tenement houses, arcades, and parks, or Kazimierz Dolny and its Gorge Root Pit. Also worth seeing is the Lublin Village Museum, an oasis of peace combined with the history of the Polish countryside’s architecture.
